Reasoning

This project started as a simple tutorial project by me where I wanted to teach programming

something which I saw was often saturated with text heavy content

through self-shot photography and a narrative structure.

I first started with MkDocs, from which I moved to Astro Starlight as the friction became unbearable. My goal is to give people a nice entry into programming using storytelling, metaphors and self-shot photography as visual/emotional anchors.

Project State

This project currently uses a static site generator called MkDocs with the Material for MkDocs theme. Both of these are commonly used on documentation sites.

The functional migration to Starlight is complete!🥳

This project is currently available in English (most recent) and German (a little behind).

Future plans

As the functional migration to Astro Starlight concludes, it becomes time to think about the future.

I plan on adding more content and improving the progression & topic selection even more than what is currently public.
